The Economist, in the West a respected magazine, warns for Climate Collapse. The Economist: "The world is losing the war against climate change. Rising energy demand means the use of fossil fuels is heading in the wrong direction".

Connecting People through Green Fingers! That's a slogan one of you wrote up, let's make it true!Next Wednesday, that is May 23, Ujj has her parents visiting her and she want to take them also to our TreeDripper lab at the LBB and Demotech. Very Welcome!

How to fail and how to recover ...

Over here, at Demotech, there was some kind of examination same as for the students that help TreeDripper out at Wednesday meetings. And I failed!

It went like this: the system with the hot nail to make parts and tubes worked very well. I produced many TreeDrippers, filled up the container, and all seemed to work well. `

Elements of Innovation (now for TreeDripper)

Embedded in the TreeDripper project are two distinct types of innovation: social and technical. This blog not on the Social type: how we want to involve messengers and users, creating meaning, learning, and joy in the process.

The technical type of innovation regards the total of the TreeDripper, that it makes better possible to seed and grow trees. But in the details are the breakthrough innovative ideas and it has taken very long to give them the quality needed for TreeDripper.

Embedded in the TreeDripper project are two distinct types of innovation: social and technical. The Social type is how we want to involve messengers and users, creating meaning, learning, and joy in the process.

The technical type of innovation regards the TreeDripper as a toolset. How it makes better possible to seed and grow trees. In the details of its design are the breakthrough innovative ideas. It has taken a very long time to give them the quality needed for successful application, actually, we are still struggling on!

This is what I found and what we need by now: all the data about where Tree Drippers are needed and possible. TreeDrppers are needed where water is scarce, at least for a long and yearly recurring period. Then TreeDripprs make the difference in yes or no surviving of the just planted saplings.

Here only the link and the first lines of this site. Check it out for yourself!

Growing eucalypts from seed

Find here the shop where I bought four small bags with eucalyptus seeds:

http://www.angelfire.com/bc/eucalyptus/seed.html

They say: it is not hard! just follow our instruction. They say there are very, very many different kinds of Eucalypts. We at TreeDripper will start with two kinds, chosen random, without specific knowledge.

Tomorrow the envelop will arrive. Tomorrow, Friday, March 16th, TreeDripprs can come to Demotech and do something historic. A real tree nursery starts off!

Hi, guys & dolls from TreeDripper!

Long no see, no hear! But now suddenly plenty action!

That's because of an event for the opening of The Student Hotel (old Sfinx at Boschstraat/Bassin). The event is a performance: BedTalks(actually on and from hotel beds) for an in-and-out walking public. I am one of the many speakers. Regarding the idea, see: http://bedtalks.nl

Reporting on Wednesday 10/1/18 brainstorm with Tom and Reinder

It could have been more crowded! Brazilians, where were you? Portuguese, missed you! Germans, still in der Heimat? Our friend from India, got stuck at the airport? As we have a world project, we indeed need more TreeDripper-people, so that's what Tom and I talked about.

TreeDrippers for Christmas trees?

Pity the Christmas trees, cut from their roots, or left with some poor remains of its roots, those trees will have longing thoughts for a life with water, fresh air and the chance to grow into a glorious tree!

And pity the trees that have a hard life to grow up, with sometimes too much, almost always too little water and give up too small, too early ...
